as Quintus Fabius Labeo: I propose that Caepio be given Imperium over Cispaline Gaul on the condition that he only uses landed latins and gives them citizenship in exchamge for service.

Noble Senators, now that we have half of hispania under our control, we must capitalise on it, because carthage currently doesnt have land in it. If Carthage manages to gain some land there now, we wont be able to do anything about it, because of the five year non agression pact. If needed i can personally lead a expedition there to discuss terms with the local tribes.

As Tiberius Claudius Pulcher : The 2 consular legions morale has steadily been shrinking this is for various reasons but I think that the need for the men to go back to their civilian lives is part of it, as they need money like all of us, I therefore propose that the 2 legions are semi demoialised, keeping training up once a week but allowing to return to their lives for the rest of time. What does the senate think of this?

To the crowds pleasure Galus Vipsanius Tanicus has arranged a days worth of arena events including : a days worth of chariot racing and :
three gladitorial fights:
1st: 5 of his punic slaves agaist a lion, 3 were eaten and 2 were merely killed, the lion lived to fight another day.
2nd: Myrmillo Gladiator vs Provocator Gladiator this was a long and exiciting fight but eventually the myrmillo gladiator tired and was slain, the provocotor lived to fight another day.
