That sucked! I'm suprised how blinded people can be. I'm sad 'cause of the boy they showed. I'm pretty sure he didn't cut because he was emo and thought it was the right thing to do. There's surely more to it. ARGH. |

I haven't seen the video yet but I can tell you people don't cut for no reason. Sure as hell not cos of a band or a sterotype.
Edit: I just watched it and it seriously annoyed me. I won't say anymore here because obviously we all think the same thing, but I'll go see If I can find anymore articles. There should be some in 'My Published Romance' |

There've actually been 2 news reports on emo that have featured MCR in them.
Its really sad actually and it kind of makes me mad...
I'd post the links to the videos, but it says that I have to have atleast 5 posts to post a URL. lol |

I Watched That I was very sad because they cant just blame Emo to be a thing thats a cluter its like a style not cluter and MCR have nothing to do with that sorta thing  |

*Nods* It was pretty sick watching both of them. I bet the sites that the reports are using are sites made by "emo haters".
And then they put alternitive rock bands in the emo label. T.T |

| I can't copy and post but if you go to buzznet and look under MCR forum the title is some people just can't get their facts straight. It's a video on abc 4 news linking MCR to emo and safe harm.If you find a way to reply to these media misinformed people let me know. |

| I agree! On TV in Norway, with a brief interview with Gerard about that stuff, he was talking about how they were all against it, and how it killed him to know that some people felt like they had to self-harm to come to concerts. AND THE REPORTER CALLED THEM THE KINGS OF EMO. Good one. -pissed- |

I got a tape of that inteview from Norway, "Lydverket"!
She was saying like they were the kings of emo, and all the fans were depressed outcasts. But I don't think she meant any harm though, she just didn't do her research.
